Because we typically buy homes that are older and often times in disrepair; we can tell you that a home, when not maintained properly, deteriorates quickly. It is for this reason, and because we have experience with having two young boys (see other causes of home deterioration), that we strongly recommend scheduled home maintenance. The process of scheduled home maintenance is much like going to the dentist or doctor for regular check-ups. If done at least twice a year, your home can last for hundreds of years with proper maintenance.

Regardless if we built your home or not, we can certainly come in and give you an assessment and give you a list of recommended items for attention. You can then pick and choose which items are within your budget and priority. We can give you an estimate of the cost to repair, and even perform the tasks ourselves. We like to think of this as doing our part to Keep Austin Beautiful.
